Research Interests
QCD: initial- and final-state parton showers, multiparton interactions, and hadronization.
Event generators: modelling and understanding of the complete event structure in hadronic and leptonic collisions, at accelerators such as LEP, Tevatron, LHC, and ILC/CLIC. Applications both to the exploration of the Standard Model and to physics beyond it.
