• 1997-2000: Assistant Professor, University of Southern Denmark.
• 2000-: Associate Professor, University of Southern Denmark.

Research Interests

AdS/CFT correspondence, mainly from the string side. That is, classical strings in AdS₅ x S⁵, as well as in related backgrounds, and semiclassical quantisation. Cosmic strings and Q-balls. That is, cylindrically symmetric or spherically symmetric solutions of Einstein equations with various kinds of gauge fields and scalar fields.
