Winter School 2011
4th Odense Winter School on Geometry and Theoretical Physics
When: Monday December 19 and Tuesday December 20, 2011.
This is the fourth in a series of schools with the purpose is of endowing the new generation of mathematicians and physicists with a common language. We wish to bring together scientists working at the frontier between Geometry and Theoretical Physics to be able to bridge the gap between mathematics and theoretical physics while stimulating further progress.
Subjects that will be discussed include: the standard model, supersymmetry, technicolor, monopoles, instantons, dark matter, lattice field theory, and phase diagram of strongly interacting theories.
