Cold Atoms Meet Fundamental Interactions

When: Wednesday, September 23 to Friday, September 25, 2015
Where: CP3-Origins, SDU, Odense, Denmark

This kick-off workshop brings together cold atoms experts and quantum field theorists working on fundamental interactions. We will discuss new exciting  avenues ranging from new phases of matter stemming from quantum field theories in different space-time dimensions to the construction of cold atoms systems mimicking certain aspects of fundamental interactions, or last but not the least whether it is possible to use cold atoms for ab-initio simulations of strongly coupled theories.

Participation to the workshop is by invitation only.

Core participants

The workshop takes place at CP3-Origins at the main campus of the University of Southern Denmark in Odense, Denmark. All takes takes place in the CP3 Meeting Room.

There will be a dinner on Thursday evening at 20:00 at Restaurant No. 61. The dinner is by invitation only.
