Flavour physics from unquenched Lattice QCD

Progresses in large scale simulations of lattice gauge theories have made possible to address important problems in flavour physics to an unprecedented accuracy level. After an introduction on the current status of unquenched lattice QCD, I will discuss some recent results obtained by the European Twisted Mass Collaboration with focus on b-physics, meson-antimeson oscillations and isospin breaking effects on hadronic observables.
