Unnatural Technicolor

Abstract: We explore the unnatural, but logical, scenario according to which the breaking of the electroweak symmetry is due to the simultaneous presence and interplay of a dynamical sector and a new elementary Higgs. We introduce a low energy effective Lagrangian and constrain the various couplings via electroweak and flavor precision tests. We find that these are viable models of dynamical breaking of the electroweak symmetry and that the interplay between the two sectors leads to interesting phenomenological possibilities for collider physics.
