Asymptotically safe standard model in PRL

The recent CP3-Origins paper Asymptotically Safe Standard Model via Vectorlike Fermions has been accepted for publication in Physical Review Letters. The work was performed by a collaboration of Danish and Canadian scientists, featuring CP3-Origins researchers Francesco Sannino, Zhi-Wei Wang, and Julia Meffe.

Their results pave the way for a new approach to making the standard model a truly fundamental theory of nature with important consequences for cosmology and (astro)particle physics. It also permits the realization of novel dark matter theories while offering new ways to unify the various accidental and gauge driven interactions through a dynamical mechanism.
