The CP3-newsletters summarize the centre’s activities and accomplishments over a period of typically three months.
This first newsletter will summarize what has happened since the opening of the centre on the 1st of September 2009. More information can be found on our webpage

Outreach & Prizes


  • Joe SchechterJoe Schechter visited CP3-Origins from the start-up of the centre in August until December. Schechter is from Syracuse University and mainly does research in effective Lagrangians, Gauge theories, neutrinos, scalar mesons, and weak interactions.
  • Paul HoyerPaul Hoyer is currently visiting CP3-Origins for five months until June. Hoyer is from Helsinki University and is mainly interested in hard QCD Dynamics and QCD Bound States.

MASS 2010 Poster

  • MASS 2010. In the beginning of May, CP3-Origins will be hosting a conference on the Origin of Mass.


Since the centre was established, researchers at CP3-Origins have published 34 preprints. A list of all our preprints can be found here.
