The Centre for Cosmology and Particle Physics Phenomenology (CP3-Origins) and the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Southern Denmark invite applications for one PhD position. The position will be filled in the area of lattice gauge theory.
We are looking for outstanding and highly motivated candidates with a clear potential to excel in particle physics.
The Centre for Cosmology and Particle Physics Phenomenology is a centre of excellence, recently established by the Danish National Research Foundation, dedicated to the understanding of the origins of bright and dark matter in the universe. The lattice gauge theory group consists of faculty members Claudio Pica, Michele Della Morte and John Bulava.
The appointment will be made for a term of three years at a competitive salary and is expected to start in the Winter of 2016. Interested candidates are required to include in the application at least two letters of recommendation. Application deadline: 27 October 2016.
