The stable 13 TeV beam prior to the 2016 run.A long interview (in Danish) with CP3-Origins associate professor Mads T. Frandsen has appeared on concerning the possible implications of the hints of a 750 GeV resonance seen at the LHC.

The interview covers some of the many different explanations for the excess if it is indeed the result of new physics. Researchers from CP3-Origins in collaboration with colleagues from Germany, Croatia and Sweden have already written four papers on the subject ([1], [2], [3], [4]), the first two of which have become top-cited.
