OT0100Mvidenskab.dk recently published an article on the question of quark freedom, and in particular the possibility of asymptotic safety. The article features an interview with CP3-Origins professor Francesco Sannino.

The idea of asymptotic safety was first introduced by Steven Weinberg, and has a long standing tradition in gravitational research, but only recently entered the particle physics scene after work by Litim and Sannino following a long tradition of studying gauge-Yukawa theories at CP3-Origins.
