Vacuum stability of asymptotically safe Gauge-Yukawa theories

We study the phase diagram and the vacuum stability of certain 4D gauge-Yukawa theories whose high-energy behaviour is characterised by an interacting fixed point. We provide analytical and numerical results for the running coupling and the re- summed Coleman-Weinberg effective potential to establish classical and quantum stability of the vacuum. Implications of our findings for theories with interacting UV fixed points are indicated.
