Research Dissemination Award to Francesco Sannino

The award is given to a researcher at the university for his vivid and creative communication of his field of study to a wide audience. The award is decided by the Executive Board of the University of Southern Denmark. Professor Francesco Sannino was awarded by Rector Henrik Dam this year prize for his innovative ways to communicate knowledge in high energy physics to the public.

He has also be giving a very large number of outreach lectures and featured in worldly known Discovery Science series “Thorough the Wormhole” hosted by Morgan Freeman as one of the central researchers  in the program dedicated to the “Higgs boson”.
